I love Bootie. The vibe is really chill and the people who go to the club are there to dance and are actually nice and courteous! No snotty attitude about anything. People wear whatever they want from wild club wear to jeans and flip flops and everyone has a smile on their face. And eclectic crowd of happy people and life affirming positive dance club where you can be yourself.

I like this place alot. came here last night (thursday may 28th) for a birthday party with about 10-15 friends. We got bottle service so i dont know how it is to get in the regular line (but i believe the cover fee is $20). Its right next to cabana club (never even knew it was there) and there is a parking structure that you can park at for under $10 (thats really good considering its hollywood). The place looks nice inside. We got a comfortable couch for our group that was inside this little room up the stairs from the dance floor. The music was good (they played some trans music for an awhile... that was kinda a buzzkill) and the people were good looking and not rude and/or ghetto. I mean there isnt much more I can say about it other than I had a good time, and I dont mind going back. oh ya btw i did see a certain young womans "vajayjay" in plain view (she was dancing on one of the speakers and a strong breeze came in... not sure though if the breeze came from the wind outside or her vajayjay). I don't know if that kind of thing happens here all the time... but if you happen to come by, i'd sure appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Mezzanine is awesome. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago to see Ghostland Observatory and was really impressed with the whole venue. It somehow manages to combine dark and slightly edgy with hip and trendy. Super diverse crowd without the usual music snobs that you might expect/dread. I liked that the space was divided into a separate parts - the main dance floor downstairs and the upstairs lounge area where you can great view of the crowd below. Drinks aren't priced too bad relative to other places in this part of town, just be sure you go to the right bartender.
