Great food, great venue, great service. I do however think that when you go for the music and order tickets and the dinner option that they should truly explain that dinner means...don't forget to still call and make reservations, you will not be comfortable eating in the show area. Otherwise this is a great place and I will be returning for sure!

First nightlife stop on the trip to the home of rateclub with David N. This place reminds me of all the reasons I hate clubbing. Why wait for over an hour in a line that never moves, a line that always seems to get bypassed by some random strangers who seem to know the bouncer to just go to some dark overpriced basement of a place thats not even half full. Seriously? At capacity? This is not Vegas, this is not NYC, this is not LA, please don't start with this capacity, not on the list, "vip" bs. On to the review. Drinks were overpriced, but well made. The bartenders were quick, but not so hot. You'd think for a club that pretends to be selective, they'd do that with their bartenders too, but alas, it seems all the cuties reside in the south :P I liked that coat check was right in front, easy, no hassle, convenience, and I guess its kinda sad thats the only thing I liked about this club. By the time I stepped inside, I was so annoyed with waiting for things anyways, and ready to drink my anger and impatience away, so at least the one saving grace was the lack of waiting time inside the club. Music was a mix of hip hop I'd heard before and some wierd trendy Cali hip hop, mostly about all that 420ness. I was under the impression this place pumped some house on Friday nights, but I was disappointed. At least both David N and I got our buzz on, met random strangers, and somehow stumbled to Carls Jr. afterwards, but thats another story for another day. Cliff notes. Ridiculous line, ridiculous wait Overpriced drinks Interesting music/crowd Juice def. not worth the squeeze

The flavored mojitos are yummy but pricey and not very strong. They do earn extra points for the sugar cane swizzle stick. The crab and avocado salad appetizer is really tasty, but the standard Mexican fare on the menu is fair at best and definitely overpriced. The decor is fun--my boss is obsessed with the fountain wall, but it's very noisy in here even though the cavernous space isn't ever that crowded. There's dancing downstairs, but the one time I ventured down there, enticed by the great music, I was majorly sketched out--it's waaaay more of a meat market atmosphere than my party of single girls had anticipated. I don't plan on returning unless it's just for some more cocktails on the company dime ;-)
