Been to this bar a hundred times to see the 80's band that was there on Friday's. We went a couple weeks ago to see them play while coming in one of the guys at the door asked to see my breasts. Then we found out that the band had been let go from there. Shortly after that we decided to leave and asked for the manager, turns out the guy at the door was actually a manager by the name of Chris!! Needless to say with him there and no Fast Times we won't be back.

I've seen several shows here. The last was Trashcan Sinatras. What a great show. CDN is small and intimate and the sound is pretty good. You can step back by the bar if the crowd gets to be too tight or if you need a refresher. I had never eaten there until the last visit. We were running late so we bellied up to the bar and ordered a couple of burgers to go with our beers. They weren't bad. I would order it again. God only knows what goes on in the kitchen at an establishment like this, but sometimes you gotta take a flier. I did unwittingly get a little dish of chipotle ketchup with my fries. I didn't know what the hell it was until I saw it on the menu in the description for another dish. I just thought it was off. I wish I had known that it was supposed to taste like that, I probably would have dug it instead of being freaked out;)

Imagine if you will, I am horribly hung over post office holiday party--not the I can't move, must consume large quantities of saltines and 7-up, but awfully close. And I'm so hungry but so afraid to eat. Up on Anderson lane getting my kiddo from the wonderful grandma. Needed a sandwich but Obees is closed on Sunday. Husband--why don't we try Jimmy John's? Sounds good. Damn. That was a tasty turkey sub. Complete with mayo, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumber. I even had help with the sammie from the kiddo. I will be back. Soon.
