by Andrew M. on This was the one and only time we went exploring through the MARTA in Atlanta, and it was worth the trip. The place is a bit out of the way from the MARTA stop, but not terribly far for walking intent. The decor is rather modern and clean, very reflective of the restaurant's theme of contemporary. Even though it was a bit pricier than the other food we had in Atlanta, we decided to go all out and try a bit of everything. My choice of New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Gulf was rather disappointing. The chicken livers, not my personal choice, was well-done for what it was, but still not one of my ideal dishes. The she-crab soup was just all right, it reminded me of a lobster bisque I'd had before in Sherman Oaks. My buttermilk fried chicken was one of the best chickens I'd ever had; the rest of the dish was just mediocre. The mashed potatoes were decent, but I really hated the collard greens. They tasted like wilted vegetables. I tried a bit from others' plates, my favorite being the seafood jambalaya. Next time.... well, there won't be a next time, I'll never go back to Atlanta.
by Lo L. on On a Saturday night the cover was $5, not too bad. This place is loud, crowded, crazy, overpriced, and delightfully tacky. On the plus side, the service was excellent, my chicken Caesar salad was yummy, and the atmosphere was entertaining. Stop by just to see what all the hype is about, but preferably before 8pm, or you'll get a headache!
by James Tapia on As the lone white girl in a group of Asians, I had a blast here. Lots of soju and good food in a friendly and sophisticated atmosphere. I'm told this is a typical Korean lounge, but I was pretty impressed by the swankiness. Lots of room and comfortable couches to have fun with friends.
