by Nydia C. on I stumbled upon this place a while ago while walking around the neighborhood looking for a nice dimly lit bar in the middle of summer. I was looking for a non-divey bar and Ella did the trick. It's not exactly an upscale bar but it's definitely fancier than a sports bar or pub. I liked the modern decor which is part of the reason I checked it out in the first place. They had a really good mixed drink menu. It's been a while since I actually visited this place so I can't recall what I ordered but I remember really enjoying my martinis. I've been meaning to return here but rarely hang out in that neighborhood so I haven't had the opportunity to do so. Maybe one day....
by Katie D. on I hadn't been here in a few years and I hadn't been to the new location. And I can't say I will go back. The food was horrible and the only reason I am giving two stars is because our server was great. The food was bland, seafood tasted like rubber and the nachos were the only thing relatively good out of the 6 items we ordered. Definitely not worth the drive and hassle.
by Stanley Kietzman on Update: I went last friday right after 11. They had the nerve to charge me and my friends $20 when their flyer online said $10! Music still sucks, I don't get whatsup with that. Shouldn't a DJ KNOW how to play the right music! I'm changing it to 2 stars instead of 3. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The people are nice, especially in the ladies room. The drinks are decent. The bartenders were really cool. The music isn't the best. To be a DJ, you should be able to blend music well and know which songs suite the setting. He played a really slow song with a fast beat. We got out of there after that.
