by Susan L. on To be honest, I laughed when my friend suggested hitting up Prana for lunch. "You mean the place attached to Temple, the club?" Howard St, between 2nd and 1st is sketch. Have you SEEN the sidewalks? I bet you they have more gum per sidewalk square than any other part of town. But I digress... The menu reads impressively. The options range from pulled pork sandwiches to pad thai noodles. But, all in all, the food was simply, meh. My thai iced tea was bland - and there's just no excuse for that. My pad thai noodles had to be drenched w/ hot sauce for any flavor. Atmosphere is decent but even with the limited lunch options nearby, I doubt I'll be back...
by Burl Lanteigne on wow... I joined Rateclub just to review this place..... loved the music and good times on nye but damn, yeah you bartender with semi-long hair dude. you're a douche. I don't usually get pissed at people, but when you go out of your way to act douchy, well I'm calling you out on it. yeah, you know you are an ass(shoulder length blonde hair douche). . I'm kinda pissed about the bucks that I tipped you before seeing who you were. well. you got me. but you won't get me again. And it pisses me off that I can't go to the cat club anymore, but as a matter of principles, I will never patronize this establishment and will tell all my friends the same. sorry, good times but shitty service... like the door man though.. peace
by Drew Bonam on Went here for an art show, definitely not the right place for it, this bar is about 15 feet wide. Far too cramped to see everything without stepping on, through or around everyone in the bar. Probably a good place to go if you're on a date or catching up with one friend, but it's really small.
