by Sheila P. on A while back I called to put friends on a guestlist for my boyfriend's birthday. Vessel confirmed ahead of time that those people could come and I invited a few people. Two hours before the party a young lady working there called to tell me they made a mistake and thought I was another person. They said they couldn't put everyone on the guestlist - right before everyone was supposed to show up. The bouncers were very rude to all the guests and they were not on the guest list. The whole situation was embarrassing. They never formally apologized or made up for it.
