by Lauretta Burgbacher on I like this place a lot. Very upscale but relaxed, the menu has some interesting cool twists like fried avocado and excellent empinadas. If you check Cafe Circa out in the spring-fall definitely check out the Reserve their rooftop bar.
by Hot Tequila B. on Would have been fun except the venue was so HOT! you couldn't breath inside. They seriously need to get a better air ventilation system in there. I paid $15 bucks to go in and left about 12 minutes later...and I wasn't the only one. The music was great but you couldn't even enjoy it cause muggy, sweaty and gross inside.

Never do you have any problems getting a drink (also pretty cheap) or getting to hear a great song or two (ranging from old school Mobb Deep or Tribe to the latest indie darling band). The con would be that it is a smoking bar and most patrons here do so. And frequently. But other than that a great place to meet up with some friends and have a good time.
