Seriously If I was able to I would give this place zero stars... -Horrible neighborhood + fancy "club" = don't really understand why they would do this - The staff is horribly rude (seriously cannot stress this enough) - Drinks are out of control expensive - we pre-ordered tickets weeks in advance and waited in line for hours at the front door, but because we had 2 beers at the restaurant next door we were too intoxicated to get in. So after the bouncer had us wait outside for 45 minutes in a really sketchy neighborhood while we "sobered up", they refused to let us in or give us our money back. then the bouncer wanted to flex his muscles a little so I ended up in a arm lock against the wall for no reason at all. Oh and did I mention that we drove from Tahoe to come see this show? It's a shame that good bands sometime play here because this was the worst experience that I have ever had at a venue. Do not waste your money here, talk your favorite bands into playing the Fillmore instead.
by Zelma Sinka on Stuffed. Avocados. I have yet to find anything this delicious at any other TexMex joint. That paired with a Mexican Martini makes the perfect weekend dinner. For those that don't need salt, be sure to ask for no glass and just stick a straw into the shaker! I've always had personable waiters that are quick to refill my bowl with fresh chips. For those that are not a fan of the parking of this location, I would recommend the Burnet location.
