by Rahil S. on Great Place with Excellent music. Great place for Saturday night. Its true that the lines are long but if you know the right promoters, they can help you cut the line. We called Ricken 8572772561 and he was great. We were a party of 8 and he helped us cut the line and gave us 2 comps. Agreed that $15 cover is a lot but if should pre-game at home and show up at 11. Dont bother with mixed drinks. Get a shot at 11:30, then one at 12:30, leave the club by 1:20 so that u can find a cab, get home before 2.
by Lisa W. on Hey Bud! Let's Party! '1984' at the Cat Club is pretty awesome indeed. My friends and I gathered here for my fortieth and had a blast. I've always been a 'New Wave City' kind of gal, but the backroom at '1984' suits me just fine on a Thursday night. The $1 well drinks before 10pm was an added plus!
