by Saul Jauhar on Living only two blocks away from the Majestic, this diner always seems to be a lifesaver after a long night at work or just out and about in Atlanta. The Majestic has never failed me in producing a much needed greasy patty melt (on wheat) after a long night of "socializing". Open 24/7, the Majestic is similar to McD's in which you can always expect the same quality and quantity. While the staff isn't exactly the friendliest, they certainly aren't the rudest. Your food is cooked to order and even on packed out nights the Majestic always seems to have your food out within 10 mins. It's the wait to be seated that can sometimes be unbearable, especially it the winter. Usually adequate parking, I can park, plop down at the bar and down a patty melt or omelet within 15 mins for a quick dinner/breakfast. I usually recommend this place post-drinking not necessarily because it's so good or inexpensive, you simply just can't beat the location if you are resident of Poncey Highlands/Inman Park/VaHi, etc.
by Chi N. on pretty good dj that night... dance floor not so bad... music was good... but could have used more a/c security was really nice bout helpin me find my phone... and someone was nice enough to return it to the dj! there are good people in this world and this is why i wanna move to sf!!!
by Wilson Heeter on Great food, surly, indifferent, slow service. it appeared that our waitress was serving the entire inside dining room on a Tuesday night with no apparent manager or assistance from host. It took 30 plus minutes to receive salad and glass of wine and had to ask twice for each. The only time if felt as if there was any concern about the presentation was at the end of the meal when it took another twenty minutes to pay out. I understand slow food and service, however I expect professional service when I pay professional prices. East Side Show Room has a lot to learn about professional service.
