Met a friend here for drinks on 12/22..(which turned into 2,3,4,5 friends) and have to say this place has a lot going for it: *Amazing views of the city *Impeccable service *Great ambiance *Live band on a Tuesday night? *Upscale, energetic crowd *Bathrooms always have a floor-to-ceiling view of the city Also ordered the french fries and they were perfectly crisp and golden.

Fridays and Saturdays are always poppin, lol. The place- It has a good size dance floor, 2 bars (one is on your way out to their patio area and its in a bad location, if you don't know about it or don't want to go that way because there is one right in front of the dance floor that kinda sux, I usually forget about it.) The DJ is really good, plays a little of everything and most nights there is a diverse crowd. The drinks are Kind of pricey, but its like that at most spots in Hollywood. Their bathroom situation sux, its ridiculously small and has only two stalls (that's the only bad part) There is no cover charge, dress to impress and if you go between 10-11 the line usually doesn't take too long to move. It's better if you get there at like 10:30 for less of a line. The bouncers are nice for the most part, not too friendly, but not mean just w.e. There is Valet parking that is like $10 I think, or you can try to look for parking and just walk a little. Its a cool spot, I've taken a lot of people to this place and the majority have liked it. For my Birthday in December I even got bottle service and that was cool and a lot of fun, they were nice, we got a good table and our waitresses/ the guy kicking anyone off our booth that wasn't a part of our party, were really attentive and nice. We had a lot of fun that night and other times we've come. A plus to this place, is that it has a lot of other bars you can try right on that same block, there all right next to each other, great for bar hopping.

This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKED! My friends and I were visiting NYC from SF for a weekend of partying and our hotel concierge from the Roosevelt Hotel suggested to go to this place. He said it was "poppin" and that it was Madonna's favorite place to hang in the city. NOT! Which dimension was he living in where Madonna would enjoy such DJs that didn't know how to spin music let alone be non sufficient of any listen worthy records?! WTF? He said if we told the person in the front line that we knew him and we came from the Roosevelt that we would get hooked up. First of all, we should have known from when they asked for our IDs and gave us a drinking band that we should NOT have entered that gawd awful place! Secondly, the pass that we were given was a coupon pass of $10 bucks off. The original price was $30! The place turned out to be a 19 and over tourist club and the drinks were overly priced and served in rinky dink plastic cups. A total trap for the visitor who wants to experience the best parts of NYC not the worst! Don't go here. It's a TOTAL WASTE of time and money!!!
