by Jennie K. on Modern, loungey, nice. Went for dessert and drinks with the girls, but it turned into apps and 1 drink since our waiter was quick to bring the check. Witty when around, but not around much. The Cynar Blood Orange was good, don't expect to be tipsy over it. The assorted cheese plate was okay, the fig puree was one of the best things on the plate. Friends approved of the tuna tartar (served on flatbread, rather unusual) and of the frozen chocolate mousse. I would have loved to try more off the menu, but alas, I was hurried out of the restaurant. Fast enough that I probably won't be back.
by Shadi A. on On a saturday night, my large group of friends and I left Les Deux with our promoter and walked to Kress, and had a great time! Because our guy to girl ratio was very decent we didn't have to wait in line and got in free to level 3 or 4. I heard level 1 is always free, but it didn't look like too much fun when I was looking through the large glass window. Place is more for dancing than a lounge, and the crowd was great. I did hear that they charge $30 for guyz with no girls, and that security is tight. I do wish that they would allow for people to switch between levels too.
by Jamie Lanzilotta on Gota love Rosa! Hola Rosa.... We have a Rosa Mexicano in DC and I went here on my Friday/Saturday nights....drinking up the POM'ies! They have these Pomegranate Margaritas that are toooo die for..(Literally)..that me and my chica's call the "Pomies" there $8 and come in a small glass.. but trust me...two is toooo many. The tequila is amazing in these little drinks! The Pom's are pre-maid and ready to order...but I know that they must use tons of bottles of Tequila for this drink...strong is the correct word that is used in this case, strong, strong...Try one of the Pomie's with salt! The food is amazing...I call it: Mexican food with style...order the guacamole as a appetizer. I get the enchilada Suizas dish which is great....use some of the chips that are on the table and eat them with your enchiladas..amazing great taste... The décor' is nice. Pink is one of my adored colors and the layout or theme is surrounded around Mexican inspirations with pink accents. I can walk right over to Rosa and enjoy! Check it out!
