What an amazing dinner experience! We walked in on a Saturday night with no reservations, and had a fifteen minute wait. While we were waiting, we had drinks at the bar and tried to take in everything that was going on around us. There was Greek music and lots of dancing. After we were seated, we ordered and had our food within 20 minutes. I'm sure this process would have been faster had we not been dancing around the restaurant with half of the other patrons. I ordered the lamb kabob, and it was perfectly cooked- just the right amount of food. The salad was also delicious. The wait staff was perfectly attentive, not hovering- but always there when we needed something. I cannot wait to go back!!

As much as I love the dj's who plays on GIANT saturdays, the club is ridiculously over crowded and disgustingly humid. where's the god damn AC!?! I literally had to go to the outdoor bar every 5 min for a breather!-which is located upstairs btw. And climbing up and down the stairs every 5 min is a biotch. I would categorize my night at Vanguard as Claustrophobia. You don't have any, ANY space to dance. Regardless, ppl are still jumping up n down, grinding and shuffling (new retarded dance move), smearing/splashing their sweat and drinks all over you. the place was stuffy and musty, i ended up having a lot of black boogers up in my nose. GROSS. Although, I have to admit the venue is pretty darn huge compared to a typical club. But that doesn't mean they should take advantage and fill it OVER maximum capacity!

verpriced and overrated. I only go here when forced. There are so many other places in town with much, much better Mexican (El Chile, Vivo Vivo, El Gallo) that feel less like a Chilli's or TGI Fridays. And the waitstaff always seem to have a sourpuss on. Finally, they don't take reservations. At all. This locations gets an extra star for having more character than the other two locations though.
