FIrst off, when I went it was ridiculously packed.. sardine packed, takes you ten mins to get one step forward packed.. elbows in your head, spend the entire night just moving cause ppl shoving past u packed, get my drift? Music's throwback to 90s hip hop... some new songs thrown in... Not a fan of being packed and not having any room to breath/drink/dance .. luckily the music wasn't so bad..
by gayle e. on - three stars because, overall.. it did not suck. this review is for the lounge portion at night.. - there were three floors, upon entrance was the restaurant floor.. there is a bar there.. downstairs was a party that had free admission.. packed like sardines.. at 5'4", i was squished among a sea of 6 foot something wanna be ballers and grown n not so sexy ladies that all looked like they were angry at me.. well, angry at the world.. upstairs was a latin/salsa club with an entrance fee of $10.. - i was here for a birthday so i had no idea what to expect.. we stayed out of the scary room downstairs and headed upstairs to the salsa party.. luckily, half our party had some latin blood in them so we salsa-bachata-merengued our asses off into a sweat bath for a few hours.. drink prices were standard nyc and our bartender happened to have a really nice pour.. bathrooms reasonably clean, wasnt too crowded, and no problems with the crowd.. fun with a group of people.. even if you have two left feet...
