A very cool space that is convenient to High Line and Chelsea Market, we had hoped for a better lunch to start our day of meandering around the city. We decided to sit in the courtyard and enjoy the trees and sunshine. Much to our dismay, we were assaulted by teeny tiny catapulting black bugs.... into our hair, onto our bread, in our water... Needless to say, this did not last for long. We requested to be moved inside and were graciously accommodated. The waiter insisted that he thought this issue was because they changed some of the foliage this year and that the problem doesn't happen in the evenings. Whatever the problem is, they really need to look into fixing it. Not all the tables seemed to have this issue, but we certainly did. The food was just so-so. This place seems like it might be really hopping in the evenings and that would probably be the only time I'd be willing to try it again.

Let me make a long story short. My friend kept telling me about this place and I blew her off. Finally a few weeks ago I gave in and I'm glad I did. It's awesome. Crowd is 25-50, music is house/break beats and they switch djs often. Intimate setting, but never too crowded. I've been twice now-both times a blast. It's my new favorite club- Crowd is laid back, sexy and out to have a good time. It's true what they say about the staff, door man was nice!! Shock! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Went there on a Thursday nite just to check it out as a bumped across the funky cool name somewhere. Very cozy little spot that had live jazz band and even a little spoken word. Good place to meet new people for casual conversations. Got there a little late and only had chance to get one glass of wine and hear the last 2 songs from the band....that was good enough. For now, don't have too much to say about it, but so far it is a place worth visiting again....this time I will be there much earlier for a full intake.
