by Sebastian Pfeifle on I'm tottally suprised at all the awful reviews this place has received. I actually had a really nice time when I visited on the 23rd of Jan. My fiance and I were going to a party at private party NV and realized that was NOT where we wanted to be so we crossed over and looked at Temple where the line was long and they were acting as if it was Studio 54 or My House in LA had picking folks to com ein.. we decided to shake the neighborhood and while walking back under the freeway towards our car on Mission we heard the soothing sounds of Snoop Dogg pourind out of a corner venue, our eyebrows peaked and we decided to go investigate. as we walked up there was no line and two door hosts. We asked about cover , which was non existent.. we entered and was surprised by the atmosphere,.. now I'm 3/4's vampire so I was right at home by the decor and the crowd was nice.. the drinks are just as expensive as any downtown nightclub should be and the waitstaff was just as hurried as any bartendering would be with 100 standing at the bar .. I had a surprisingly good time and enjoyed the DJ and the environment. I wasn't expecting whithouse treatment but was throughl pleased by my experience.. I'm definitelyt going again...
by J S. on Friday night: The Restaurant/Bar: Seating is awesome. Waitress was really nice, really cool. Nice chill lounge. Appetizer with drinks was okay, prices are moderate. Club: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you are a fat girl, have a fat girl fetish, or love 80's music that cuts to another crappy song every 30 secs. Valet there: YOU HAVE TO VALET. with LA Parking Services, Inc. Then they damaged my car, tried to lied about it, and then tried to say they saw me hit my head when I parked. Its going to cost me over $400 in repairs. Let's see if my claim goes through
by Trenton Bumm on i wasn't too crazy about going here at first, but i actually ended up liking it (save for all the raunchy dirty dancing that went on upstairs....GET A ROOM PEOPLE!!!) several rooms. good good dessert. try the banana wontons. good service. good music. good dancing. dont know the price of drinks but they weren't watered down...crowd: handsome men, gorgeous women, all in their mid 20s. all geared to be the young professional crowd. not my usual scene but i got used to it after the huge bowl size hot chocolate i ordered with the homemade marshmallows. :P a nice place to go with close friends. definitely a place worth checking out.
