by Launa Union on Went last night with a small group of friends and had a GREAT time! The ambiance is admittedly what my friend called "crack den," in that it's very dark and mostly just a big open space w/a small bar and seating around the edges. But eventually, and maybe it was just the people I was with, we ended up dancing our heads off! The atmosphere was pretty casual (not an aggressive meat-market kind of place), fun music, very friendly people...we had a BLAST! We did get in early so we had a place to sit (when we just HAD TO STOP dancing!) and we didn't have to wait in line. All in all, I'd do it again. FUN!
by anthony c. on Walking into Cielo you kind of feel mature and ooze a sexual vibe. Great dj's play house music sure to keep you on the dance floor. Cielo is a very small, stylish, sleek, intimate venue with a fashionable yet relaxed clientele. There is usually a cover to get in and drinks are kinda pricey but if you're in the mood for this kind of place and enjoy house music I recommend Cielo at least once. There is a outdoor space for you smokers and the bathrooms are also really nice offering high-end colognes, perfumes and candy if you feel the need to freshen up--with a tip of course. Basically you get what you pay for.
