by Carli Rimbach on My favorite tortilla soup ever!. Anytime I want a tasty tortilla soup I go here. Guacamole is definitely a must. I love their Enchiladas Suizas which are chicken stuffed soft corn tortilla tacos with a delicious green creamy sauce on top of them. Refried beans compliment this dish beautifully. Rosa Mexicano always on my mind when craving good mexican food with authentic taste just like back home! Enjoy your meal with a cold Dos Equis Beer!!!! Stay Thirsty My Friend!
by Mariella Oktavec on oh snaps son! i am drunk! and when someone told me to come out to the opera i thought they meant the downtown la opera and watch la boheme but i already saw that! but no it was a club. it took me around 2 hours to realize that. snaps! but i cant go out and drink unless i hit up fatburger's first and get a king burger with egg! so anyways its hard as hell to get in. don't matter who you know, if your guest list or not. somehow i got myself and my russian buddy in. korea always wins! well more like 5 girls got us in. thanks girls! thanks jane! they knew someone who knew someone who was korean and he liked i was korean and i win and thats that. inside oh man. the ratio. there were more hot girls than there were guys. wow! i saw paris hiltons younger sister, i also saw jenna jameson, and also the fighter tito ortiz. that was the highlight when he blew me and my friend off at their booth. FU TITO! our plot was to kick his ass, but i ran into him again, he was dancing with jenna. tito is a terrible dancer. nm. that was too awkward to watch! also a rap performance by simon rex and some other dude! they were good i guess cuz i was drunk! the thing that sucks is you can't use your card unless you spend at least 25 bucks and so the way they charge, you gotta buy 3 drinks to break 25. dammit. so i ended up trying to find girls to buy that extra drink for cuz i never do a tab cuz i had id theft before. 2 of the girls were japanese. my sworn enemies! but i had to try to work some relations you know, start the peace treaty etc. they do nails but also work at a sushi place. im too drunk but my buddy told me we will be eating sushi soon i guess but i dont even like sushi! i think their name was hiroshima? but my buddy tony k took one of their names as katana and im pretty sure he just made it up cuz he couldnt understand them. but they had a lot of glitter on their face is what i remember. everything after that was a blur but my friend told me we had a lot of fun, and my new buddy jane told me i like white women. i dont know what she means by that. im studying to become a priest but i think she means i appreciate all God's children. either way, this place is great. not for dancing. not for meeting people. but just great. maybe better than the real opera. maybe not. i ate some road side bacon wrapped hot dog. does it get any better than that? ok now i gotta run and make some mistakes! rateclubs comes first! oh wait before i go i remember the best part of the night. the restroom attendant, as you know all restrooms have them, and he is the key to all wisdom. he told me girls, and relationships with girls is a spiritual thing. he told me when you get that feeling, you need sexual healing. he said do your thing, do your best, and let God decide the rest. Amen! can i get a witness! k fury out!
by Aaron V. on Wait... I can see my favorite band in an intimate setting from the comfort of a seat with a cocktail waitress bringing me excellent, strong drinks at regular intervals? Sign me up! I just saw Air at Bimbo's last night -- my first time at the place and I'm definitely impressed. I felt like I was I was transported back to a simpler, velvet covered time. The place has a ton of tables with a great view of the stage. All the bartenders seem like they have at least 20 years of experience so the drinks are well made. Nothing bad I can say about this place. Check it out when a cool band comes to town.
