by Miguel V. on What can I say. This lounge was the perfect place to throw a party for my girlfriend. It was big enough to spread out a small crowd, dance, and have food. The party was Catered by Sauce, Only my girlfriends Favorite place in the city! (your review is next). I could not have asked for a better result with the evening. The food was amazing, The bartender kept the drinks flowing, and my extra cupcakes made it out in one piece. I really want to send a thanks out to Trip, Nate, and Matt... You guys were great hosts and I definitely see myself working with you guys again in the future... OH, and after our party the regular crowd came in and we still had a great time, The Dj's were sick, the Crowd was full of energy and the photo booth was plenty occupied... (Great concept with the free pics)... Shine was a night to remember!
by Katy Sonier on Always a wonderful experience, so long as you get there early enough to stake out a table seat on the main floor (if it's a seated show). The area of tables in the back section is under a lower ceiling and the sound is muffled there. The bartenders in at the main bar are great and it's a plush and fun place to hang out before the show starts. The calendar is sparse but it's worth keeping an eye on.
