by Parker on Billy's Pub Too is the best dive bar in Miami! I reached there at 5:00 PM. The decor was funky and modest and place was super crowded. The happy hour is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and it just rocks. The pub has a number of flat screen where you can watch games. The bartender is so cool. She is attentive, unpretentious and wants to know about favorite drink in detail and that’s what I really like. An amazing jukebox they have. Awesome bar food and fab selection of wine at affordable prices…is it not amazing! The music is really great and the sparkling dance floor is always packed.
