by Neural N. on I kind of like this place, even though I don't go to the bar that often. Lots of TV and beer selection with pool tables and it seems to be a very clean place. Great to hanging out with frineds, and I will go back to this place again.
by Andre L. on It's been a while since you braved the cobblestones, looked for a unmarked door, and waked into a brand new club in MPD (that wasn't filled with Douche bags). The team behind Milk & Honey/Little Branch has redone the old PM space but don't expect a mellow lounge with killer cocktails: expect an evening of dancing on blue velvet banquettes with killer cocktails. The space is enormous with with a VIP balcony, giant mirrored ceiling, and a oversized chandelier. Granted I was here during a Photo Shoot and it was Open Bar, I am really impressed with the space, vibe, and cocktails.
by Kieth Bonyai on Although I'm new in town, I seem to have a knack for being in the right place at the right time. I was lucky to catch Ms. Francine Reed's last Monday set at Cafe Circa. That was sad, but the overall event was wonderful. I had some delicioso peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream. Great presentation, and the dough itself was seasoned with sugar and spice rather than the traditional seasoning of the peaches and not the dough. I love the dark, dim decor comprised of brown woods and warm creams, curtains and banquets. The crowd is in their late 20s to early 40s, and diverse. Only gave them a star off because as an erstwhile bartender I HATE being served a drink without a cocktail napkin, and our waitress was a little MIA.
