The decor of the place left a bit to be desired (the paint on the tables was peeling), but the service was great and the food was excellent!! Had the tuna tar tar as an appetizer, which wasn't the best I've ever had, but was very different in it's presentation than I've ever seen. It looked like a pizza - a crispy chip as the crust and the tuna and avocado as the toppings. I got the pork entree, which was amazing! So tender and delish. My dinnermate got the duck, which was a great dish but not nearly as amazing as the pork. We shared the gnocchi as a side (entrees are a la carte), which was also delish. We ordered a chocolate dessert, but when the waiter came back he said they didn't have any of that dish for the night. He brought us something similar anyway and comped it to us ! Overall, a great meal for the money!

Overall: 4 This review is only for the Lookout Weekend Happy Hour on Friday afternoon. I can't attest for the regular club experience but I've walked by countless times on other nights and it looks like every other club. The all girl band HOTTUB peformed and it was off the hook. It certainly was one of the best experiences I've had in awhile. I would return for this happy hour. Service: 2 Bartenders weren't friendly. Good looking yes but not friendly. Perhaps someone should tell them that hot and friendly is a good combination for making tips. Decor: 3 It looks comfortable but it's not relaxing because of the volume of the music. It's so loud that talking can only be done while screaming. Nothing really makes it stand out from other clubs. Ambiance: 5 Big Mission hipster crowd which really surprised me and the crowd really go into the performance. Value: 5 Open fernet bar and $3 beers. Note, this is only for the Friday afternoon happy hour

Went to see Ashford and Simpson....loved the show and loved the intimacy of the venue....but a week later we got an email from the manager telling us he hoped we liked the show but said we didn't pay our bar bill! Well we did pay....cash...we usually use our credit card but the staff was so behind...took 45 minutes before we got our drinks...we waited about 10 minutes to give the money to our waiter but he never came by....we gave the money to another waiter who said he would take care of it...The most annoying thing is I did call the manager as he requested...left a phone message and emailed him and three weeks later no response back...no apology...nothing...thought I would email the owners and no response from them either....not too cool for a new place trying to establish business....I will probably never go back...being accused of something I didn't do doesn't sit well with me...at least have the courtesy to reply back
