The decor of the place left a bit to be desired (the paint on the tables was peeling), but the service was great and the food was excellent!! Had the tuna tar tar as an appetizer, which wasn't the best I've ever had, but was very different in it's presentation than I've ever seen. It looked like a pizza - a crispy chip as the crust and the tuna and avocado as the toppings. I got the pork entree, which was amazing! So tender and delish. My dinnermate got the duck, which was a great dish but not nearly as amazing as the pork. We shared the gnocchi as a side (entrees are a la carte), which was also delish. We ordered a chocolate dessert, but when the waiter came back he said they didn't have any of that dish for the night. He brought us something similar anyway and comped it to us ! Overall, a great meal for the money!

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said this place was a monopoly downtown. They don't have any competition besides Chelsea Piers. There are at least 2 floors of bowling here. Only bad thing is waiting for the elevator to get upstairs. It is $6 for a shoe rental and $6.50/game now (it was only $6/game a few months ago). I suppose they are good for corporate events and parties. They have huge projection TVs showing a game at any given time. Their electronic scoring is state of the art. Not sure when they offer the glow in the dark bowling. Upstairs is a bar/lounge called Pressure. I took my meetup here: http://www.meetup.com/...
