by Meredith Judge on I finally made it here!!! This is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had...EVER!!! The ambience is extraordinary with 3D visuals and alternating lights creating a mystical under the sea effect. The menu is innovative and the food is extremely flavorful. I had the famed Omakase - a 7 course tasting menu designed by the chef himself using the best of his ingredients availabIe. It is an outrageously pricey selection, but the experience you get out of it is worth every penny. I don't mind spending more here than on my own wedding.
by Kelly Ann L. on Despite all the mediocre reviews, I definitely enjoyed the place even though it wasn't a hugely memorable night. I went on a Tuesday night because I know someone who promotes there, and I have to say, the place was really packed for a weeknight. There was a pretty long line outside as well. I'm not sure how dickish the bouncers are (cause I knew someone), but the crowd inside was for the most part hot. I was surprised by that because I thought it was past Marquee's heyday, but I guess people still like going there. Or maybe Tuesdays are a good night to go? I like the place too cause it's a really good size if you want to sort of get lost in a crowd. The upstairs is a lot nicer than the downstairs in my opinion.
by allie c. on Been here a few times. Every time i went it was really good. DJ played a great mix to please everyone. And always a classy hip crowd. I always leave satisfied from a good night of drinking and dancing. Caution: $6 ATM fee. Have cash handy for that cab ride home. Music: 5+ Crowd: 5+ Atmosphere: 5+
