by Joaquin Coder on I'm not really into the "club scene" anymore but when I have the urge to go dancing, this is where I go. The music is loud enough but not so crazy that my ears are ringing for days afterwards. The crowd is mature and laid back. It's not a gay club.. really 50/50 in terms of gay and straight. I usually get in before 11PM to avoid the $15 cover. But.. then I get ripped off with their $8.50 drinks. Sometimes they'll just tell me it's $9. I don't care .. even at $8.50 I'll just give them the $1.50 tip. I accept that I'm getting ripped off only because I got in for free. Accessibility is also great. There are usually taxis waiting outside the club and it's right next to the highways (the 101 and the 280). A good place to go and dance and kill a few hours (if you like house music that is).
by Zach K. on Yo Bob! I'm coming back fo sho. Thank you rateclubsers for recommending this place as a good hip hop all night bar. I cannot tell you what drinks cost because it was my birthday. Two of us tried to call to make reservations on friday but never got through and eventually gave up. Most of us showed up around 11 so there was no biggie getting in but plenty of BIGGIE inside. It was a blast, only one of my friends couldn't get in, I got wasted and danced with a chica.
by Brittany D. on This place blows. I have multiple reasons why. First of all the DJ was probably one of the worst that I had ever heard in a long time. Almost every single song was mixed with a Bollywood beat. Which is cool for about 2 songs in a row.. MAYBE but same everything? I couldn't take it. I realize that it is a safer beat to dance to for those who are lacking in dance skills. And let me tell ya, there were a lot of them! I found the video that they were playing to be more interesting than the music itself. Whenever the music did get good they either forgot about the lyrics or put some wack ass remix to it. LAME! i mean come on its not that hard to just et the song play for a bit. I must admit the 3 floors was cool but there has to be some SF Building Code that there must be a ratio of capacity to bathrooms, b/c this place has only ONE! Dumb shit. I hate this place. Do urself a favor...don't go here b/c it has over 700 reviews and is STILL below 3 stars. It means its sucks donkey balls and not very well at that.
