I went here for the first time after hearing so many good things about it from my friends, and I was not disappointed.  We got here around 11am on a Sunday and had about a 20 minute wait, which gave us enough time to run to an ATM.  While I was waiting outside in the drizzly rain for my friends to get back, Thomas (one of the servers) came outside and asked me if I'd like a cup of coffee while I waited, which I thought was awfully nice.  He came out a few minutes later with the whiteboard to show us the day's menu.  I got the waffles with country sausage, and my friends got the omlette and challah french toast.  The waffles had some fruit in the batter (I forget what it was) and the french toast had a persimmon topping on it.  The country sausage was delicious, and the fruity filling and powdered sugar on my waffles was sweet enough so I didn't need to add syrup.  I just wish I could've gotten another cup of coffee.  My breakfast came out to a little under $20 for the waffles, a side of sausage and coffee.  It was definitely a bit cramped inside, but it felt very homey and cute, and Thomas introduced himself and the other server to us and asked us our names.  I wonder if he'll remember my name, but I guess I'll find out next time because I'm definitely coming back soon.  And maybe if its not raining I'll get to sit in the back of the pickup truck :-)

Latest "how to pick up chicks" book....check Daddy's Credit card.....Check brand new diploma from auburn or Georgia....check popped collar.....check No idea of what good music is....Check oh i am so sorry, I was just going over a typical checklist for someone attending east andrews. If you want to know where all the carbon copies from greek row go when they feel like reliving their college years, well give east andrews a gander. I loathe this spot. If i hear someone tell me how good the latest band is that is playing at east andrews I think i will slice my wrists and pour salt in my wounds. How in the hell can a cover band be good? If they were good they wouldn't need to rely on other people's talent. Also, I can't stand this place because it is the new haven for the fresh new batch of trust fund babies and gold diggers. I also hate this place because almost everyone leaves their drunk (in their own cars). When spoiled kids drink, they think they are unstoppable. This leads to fights, dui's, and unfortunately someone always gets hurt. Stay away if you are the type of person who wants to be respected in life. oh and the drinks are over-priced. Atleast in midtown you are drinking over priced drinks with interesting peeps.
