Best sushi I've ever had in Atlanta. Omakase (literally, "it's up to you.") at the bar with Art - you'll get a great flight of sake and special dishes that will blow your mind. ($$$$)

The hotel staff was very nice upon arrival. Matt helped unload our bags and delivered them to our room - letting us know that if there was anything we needed to let him know. We had a room with two queen beds and it was actually a nice size room. Our windows looked out onto Hollywood Blvd directly at the Kodak Theatre so we could watch all the street performers. The room was clean and the the multiple options for lighting was great. The closet was spacious and came with more than 4 hangers We heard the pool was a scene so stopped by and there was hardly anyone there - no worries - we got a seat, had great margaritas and food. About 4:30 am, I called for roomservice and they were actually quite fast, thank god cuz I was on the verge of passing out - lol The only negatives: We called for extra towels and they never came and upon checking out, they were not able to figure out whether we had paid for valet or not - the front desk person had validated us so we assumed parking was taken care of. Being short on patience, we paid for parking. Now we do not mind tipping, but when we had our bags brought down and loaded, it almost seemed as if they were passing the bags between more workers to hustle for individual tips. Between the hotel room and our car, we had a least 4 different people with our bags, asking us questions. All in all - for the price and the location, I would def stay here again.

Music is pretty good here, lots of variety since there are several dance floors. Crowd is diverse. They say "dress to impress" but I'm learning in NYC, that doesn't mean sh*t. People rolled in w/hats, bandanas, ended up in wife beaters doin' the soulja' boy across the hip hop dance floor. Interesting to watch. Drinks are pricey. On our night, there was a strip contest at 2am, and the host was encouraging utmost raunchiness: "All you sexy b*tches, come up here for $500!" Dudes came up to try and win the money, and some in their drunken stupor yanked their draws all the way down and began thrusting their packages wildly at the crowd. "AHHH!!!!!! shrieked the host, and cut the lights. LOL That was interesting also, I won't come back though, for dancing and mingling, this place is not the place to be. Don't bother dressing to impress.
