If I have to give a rating...1. For the following reasons: 1. Maybe their drivers aren't paid much - so they try to pinch every corner. ie. I saw with my own eyes UPS not even try and call anyone in my building but just leave UPS Notices 2. I once tried calling a Supervisor @ UPS to tell them I saw one of the drivers (I gave the license plate) smack his car on someones Honda (the Honda's front was looking pretty bad) and the UPS driver just drove off ... the Supervisor told me "well not much we can do" 3. UPS Call center seem really nice / efficient - unfortunately its a joke, they can't do much other than "send messages" to Delivery. 4. Finally (what made me write this) I was expecting a delivery, where I had talked to the driver - and he said he would be there between 2-5pm. I take the afternoon off, 6pm he doesn't show...by 7pm I call the center...apparently the driver was going to show up @ 8pm. Guess What - he never showed. UPS is a joke. Go with FeDex they actually have a pretty good business model.

My wife was having an event here with her co-workers and I happened to tag along only because I had not been out to Hollywood since I was a little kid in college partying. Same, typical Hollywood crowd. Nothing special. It does have a little kick to it in that the interior decor appears to be a bit unique. The place does have a nice overall kick to it. It is hard to explain in writing, but you know what I mean from seeing the place. I do recommend you at least check out the venue, but nothing special to return to. Not being a drinker, you tend to roll your eyes and wander about the ceiling, walls, and overall atmosphere. I guess I had fun, but would not have gone if it were not for the event we're invited to.

Doesn't the name just sound awesome? CRASH MANSION.. you're just dying to know what's inside.. aren't yah.. well i did.. when i drove by it.. i wonder what's in there.. hmmm.. and so the days went by.. then weeks.. then months.. and i slowly just for got about it.. but i went to look up the mutaytor show.. my luck.. they were performing the next night at Crash Mansion LA. for $10! awesome.. ok.. but.. let me walk you through the night.. we had to wait out side for about 30 minutes.. because the talent hadn't arrived.. and they needed to set up. Boo. it was opening night of the Nokia Theater so there was craziness in downtown LA and it sucked waiting on the street. After they started letting us in.. we had to walk up these stairs.. and continue in a line which poured into a waiting area which branched into the main stage area/bar the smaller "chill" bar stage area.. and the bathrooms.. it's definitely much smaller than i it looks from the outside. they had closed off the balcony that night.. i assumed due to the content of the show.. we expected some fire. as much as all the excitement was pulling everyone to the main stage area.. i really liked the smaller room better. i liked how the tables were cubed off and it seemed so private and you almost disappeared into the walls. they had set up Table Tennis Wii.. but everyone was just so "sober" that no one wanted to embarrass themselves. All of the bartenders were chicks.. they have major security. their bathrooms are never ending.. i think i counted like 10 stalls.. i could be wrong though. there are 3 bars in the main room.. or it could just be one really long bar with 2 walkways that divided it. I spent most of my time out on the "patio" which was sectioned off so we couldn't go down the stairs.. they groups were practicing below. it's a very very small venue. maybe i should try going back on a different night. but the show wasn't all that great either. the only thing i found was my love for the wandering marionettes http://www.wanderingma.../ the night seemed unorganized and i never leave anything early.. but i didn't want to waste money trying to drink myself retarded to make the night better.. and i wanted to be able to walk down the stairs without killing myself.
