Huge divey bar in the heart of downtown, with a ton of screens and multiple bars. It's called a pool hall but it's a bit too large and diverse to be just a pool hall. Place definitely has that grungy 6th st feel. Yeah they do everything bigger in Texas, including their sports bars. You can sit anywhere, look in any direction, and watch something. Standard bar food here - surprisingly I find it to be a bit pricey. Come with friends.

One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Place is a combination of a restaurant and club in one. Highly recommend this place for a date.. Perfect way to guarantee you seal the deal as long as the chick you take is Bridge and Tunnel.. These type of girls love this place.. This is the restaurant equivalent of staying at the Gansevoort Hotel. The place may not be the best but has a great scene, cool vibe and pumping house music. Good drinks, though pricey, expect to pay 15-20 per round.Music can be too loud for some, definitely dont bring your mother here unless she is the type who will do a jager bomb and than solicit the bartender. If your not hungry this place has a pretty good bar scene. Its filled with local city trash who are too old or ugly to get into one of the trendier places along with the usual assortment of tourists. Sushi is excellent here, not the best in the city but definitely good quality. Sea bass was moist and tasty, just about the same condition as the chick you take on a date will be after feeding her and liquoring the fluzie up. Decent appetizers and awesome dessert menu. In fact was taken here for a birthday party one year and the place went out of there way to create a magnificent dessert plate that was definitely unique and one of kind. The newest outpost of Tao is Vegas is just as nice if not bigger and better. Even thoi
