Valet parking in the rear for a few bucks.. Also there is a cover charge.. I think its 5 or 10 bucks..? Visited here on a Saturday.. That would make it my second time there on a Saturday night. It's a mixed crowd.. I've meet people around my young age of 30 to kids that don't look a day past 21 =) young bucks! It's a pretty chill place though.. Drinks are damn strong and fairly cheap.. There's a dance floor that's not overly crowded.. For the most part I get this feel of a dive bar here.. I mean its cleaner than a typical dive bar but there is no dress code from what I see.. They have a game area which includes a ping pong table, some punching bag game and a few pool tables. Fun place to chill if you're entertaining a group of friends that feel like tearing up a dance floor but.. You feel like being in some comfy sneakers with t-shirt and jeans..

It's an A-OK bar (not my scene or location) I went to with the bf (birthday cocktail party for his friend), with highly priced drinks ($11 for a vodka soda!?), but decent service (though the staff seemed to lack a certain welcoming warmth and exude a certain snootiness), playing good lounge music (awesome!), sporting cool art deco interiors (loved that!) and a pool table in a back room for private parties (neat!), but strangely located in a residential part of Nob Hill where parking is a bitch (its 2 blocks off of California behind Grace Cathedral) in an apartment complex (you'd miss it if you had no address) that in the end made me go "A-OK"... how'se that for a short and sa-weeet review!?

In short: Trinity is not going to turn a so-so night into a great one but if you're ready to party then you'll get what you need. I've been to Trinity about 4 times over the last year and it's hard to make up my mind about it. It can be pretty good or pretty darn crappy. They'll deliberately hold you at the door until 11pm so they can start charging their ridiculous cover and the place will be empty by 2am. Unless you're the seriously outgoing type, you will need to bring a great bunch of friends. Like one of the reviewers said, the people in Trinity just stick with the friends they came with. Most of the night you'll be squeezing past all these tight circles of friends. You'll see the shy Asian guys huddled against the walls, girls learning hard lessons about their alcohol limits and a few hoochies here and there. If you want to meet new people, you'd have better luck at other clubs. Music is only average, the rooms are nice but unnecessary. The blue room always has some sort of electronic stuff playing but the dance floor is either empty or packed with the sorts of guys that spend an hour a day practicing the robot in front of a mirror.
