Nevertheless, service is always super rude/takes forever and the food is never memorable. I enjoyed seeing a show here but honestly, the service made me apprehensive to return. So, when I did return despite my initial feelings...I was really disappointed to find that I was right all along. Johnny Brenda's just ain't my place.
by Fern Spratlin on This place has really good BBQ, but it's just WAY overpriced. I know, I know, it's in an airport. Ok, so they get to charge OUTRAGEOUS prices because they're in an airport. And in turn, I get to give them 2 stars on http://rateclubs.com :D What burned me up was that I saw "BBQ Chicken" on the menu and it's $11.95. So I think OK, it's overpriced, but it's a chicken. Then the guy tosses it in the box and it turns out it's 1/2 a chicken. I said, "No, I ordered a BBQ chicken." and just says, "Yeah, that's the BBQ chicken." "That looks like 1/2 a chicken to me." "Yeah, it's the BBQ chicken." "Where's the rest of it?" You get the idea. What burned me up was the UTTER lack of concern for conducting business in a decent manner. (For you folks out east who aren't accustomed to ordering BBQ or roast chicken ... by custom, the menu calls out the portion of the chicken being offered "1/4 chicken", "1/2 chicken" or "chicken".)
by Blake W. on Def not my favorite spot.. we got their pretty early (a little after 10)... so getting in was pretty easy. The bouncer told us to "play along" as he pretended we were on "the list", not sure why bc the place was pretty empty at that time of the night. The club itself is pretty cool... kinda small, but that is part of the charm. I will say that the drinks are a little over priced in my opinion... $6 a beer... didn't even get a lime for my Corona (- 1 star for that), around $10 for a shot/mixed drink... the dance floor is right next to the bar, so it gets packed with people just stainding around, which wasn't a big deal because the DJ was average at best... We did get to go down the slide.... overrated.
