We were immediately seated when we arrived on a Saturday night thanks to our Opentable reservation. We even got a large booth. We dined with friends & we all ordered the ta'yim. Our starter was the Turkish hummus. Best hummus I have had in the states! The salatim selection was fun. My favorite was the beet salad with tahini. My husband loved the fennel salad. The borekas was the best of the halavis we had... flaky and delicious! The chicken freekah was the favorite basari... though the short rib pastel was tender & tasty too. My favorite al ha'esh was the Romanian... hanger steak with babaganoush. The steak was tender and the babaganoush was a perfect creamy compliment. Do not hesitate..ORDER THE ALMOND BAKLAVA!! A fabulous meal

All of the Opium Groups clubs are good to me. First time here was ok. Second floor plays more of hip-hop. I personally prefer the House music they play on the first floor. How could you not dance? My bf dislikes house but even he was dancing. The only thing I hate about this place... the doormen. You could pull up in a limo and have a table reserved and they look at you like you're homeless. WTF? Funny, they are JUST doormen and act like they're the ones about to drop $ for a table. For some reason they prefer me when I show up w/out a guy. I walk up and walk straight in. Anyways, it's fun! First time I went was a Friday and the second was a Saturday. Like most hot spots... they're better on Saturdays. Perfect place to begin the night ( my nights in SoBe usually start at 12-1) before hitting up other places to continue the party like Space and Nikki Beach after that. Closes @ 5... I think... Haha, I recommend valet unless you find a great parking spot or have a car you don't care for.
