Gonna keep it short and sweet, this review is long overdue. Got tickets for the Foreverland Band on Oct 29, thought it was weird that they would have Jazz and Japanese food, but it turns out that the restaurant is not in the same place as the music venue and the food is okay, if not a little on the pricey side. One of the things that I had was the beef tataki; other than that I can't really remember what I had since I was too excited for the show. We sat at the bar near the entrance to the venue for a bit because we finished dinner early. It was a lot more fun than the restaurant bit, and my bartender was especially nice and made me some free drinks not on the list. The band itself was great, they kept everyone dancing on the floor all night long, and despite other comments I saw many other non-couples there (maybe because it was the Halloween-y theme). I give it five stars because I had a grand time, and want to come back soon :)

This was the first club I went to after turning 21. It was the first time and the last time I paid a cover charge to get in a club. This place isn't a bad place it's just night clubs aren't my scene. I've been here a few times over the years and it has the usual club stuff the velvet ropes with the scantily dressed chicks and the dudes trying to sleep with them. Like many clubs there are several rooms with different styles of music. If you like the club scene it's not a bad place. It's at least still better than China Club.

Location: Little hard to find - near a Burlington coat factory. In a shopping plaza. You'll see Dreamz in big neon blue letters. Parking: in a huge lot, free. Prices: Not sure about cover but get on a guest list to get in free b/f 12pm. Drinks avg - Red Bull/vodka $8. Crowd: 18+ .....kind of felt like a high school prom, but there were no fights or ruckus. The crowd wasn't sleazy - just young. Of course, some sleaziness was involved. Diverse crowd - black, white, asian ppl. Semi-crowded by 12:30am - not claustrophobic cannot move-crowded. Not a snobby atmosphere. Atmosphere: it's one giant space. Smaller front lobby space with seperate dj playing mostly techno. Bars along periphery - easily accesssible. Some sitting spaces. Flat screens everywhere playing music videos. Music: Good mix of top 20's, hip hop, 80's remixes, but mostly top 20's/hip hop. Pet peeves: saw some people smoking indoors. Waitresses come by on the dance floor a lot to offer to get you drinks. Conclusion: It was fun but don't think I will come back again there are better places closer to me (midtown).
