I went here for an afterwork event, so I can't really comment of the place as a nightclub, but I found the decor to be a bit strange and it actaully gave me a sense of uneasiness...can't describe but I just didn't like the way it was designed...like hippy/disco/rainforest (not a good combo). We had some organic wine and that was quite good and the palce was clean (which is the reason for the 3rd star ).

Love the new digs! Bigger, nicer and better parking. The bar area is much larger so whether you want to sit at the bar or at a table in the bar area it's more manageable. Smattering of flat screens here and there for your viewing pleasure. What else can I say, the food hasn't changed, still good as ever. Shrimp & Scallops steamed in parchment remains my fav. Can't wait to check out the rooftop patio when the weather warms. Ah, can feel the warmth of the sun and a cold beer in my hand. Great visual on this frickin cold day.

Meh. I've been here to see shows (one reggae show a few years back and Lily Allen more recently) and there's just something about it that doesn't quite work. You can't really see the performers very well no matter where you're standing, and there are never enough bartenders so it takes an aeon to get your drinks. Plus the bartenders/bouncers/coat check people always seem a bit narky. I'd go again if someone I really liked was playing but I'd rather not. It's too bad because the space itself is really cool with all the balconies and whatnot, but the acoustics are poor and the vibe just plain off.
