by Allyson S. on This was my third visit to Tao but my first time having dinner instead of lunch. It was as wonderful as I expected it to be. Our server was pleasant & professional, friendly & made excellent suggestions. Some items of special metion: Peking Duck Spring Rolls (I could have eaten them all day long), Chilean Sea Bass Satay, Spicy Tuna Tartare on sticky rice. The atmosphere is wonderfully dark, quite beautiful but a little bit loud. I am looking forward to retuning as is my guest!
by Cordia Bubolz on went here last night to celebrate a friends birthday, now this is not really my scene we went to a better place for me at least later in the evening Get here before 10 if you don't want to pay cover, and in my eyes too many douche bags and bridal parties to pay cover, not that it really matters I would only go back if it was early, and you woman needs to learn how to put perfume on, a little goes a long way or learn how to wash your cooter because there is no reason to go into a night club smelling like you just bathed in that crap I like the lounge in front it has a good vibe to it and the bartenders and servers are cool, and they had some good music flowing all night , the rest of the place doesn't open up till after 11 but was packed all night once they did open Motorcycle riders they have a area blocked off right in front of the club just for bikes so no need to hunt for a place to park
by Claribel Hedrix on This place seems to have a very good following. Small and a bit cramped sometimes but the patrons and staff are friendly! Possible the best Mojito in the bay area! If you can find a better one please let me know!
