Got here around 10:30 PM on a Friday night and we were able to get in immediately using one of the left lines and a password passed around Facebook, which got us in for free. It was kind of empty when we got there, but the place filled up quick within the next couple hours. The crowd is mostly mid-20 to mid-30 somethings and for the most part diverse. There are a few rooms to this club. The main dance area, surrounded by two bars, and then the DJs on stage, a back dance area with a bar and a couple stages, and an outdoor-type room. The main dance area plays mainstream music, while the back room plays alternative mixes. VIP areas are located upstairs above the main dance floor. The color-lighted stages are cool and so are the strobe lights and mist. The main dance hall here is better than Primal. Drinks at this place are typically $8 each (e.g. rum and coke, vodka and tonic). We got three jagerbombs for $30. Minimum amount to open a tab with a credit card is $20. Opera closed at 2:45 AM. Not a bad club and I enjoyed my time here.

Ummm...no. Go back to Korea or LA and check out places like Club I, Le Cercle (LA and Korea), VR or even Karnak to learn how real K-clubbing is done. This place is pretty damn weak. I enjoyed Hiro in previous week a bit more. One major negative. Too many guys and please keep the kids out. One positive, cheap cheap cheap bottles versus other comparable NYC clubs.
