While quite a few other people walked in and were seated directly, and absolutely no excuse or apology was given despite my having booked in advance and shown up on time. I'd never complain about waiting in a loud bar at a popular restaurant if I was in the mood and hadn't reserved - but honestly, a restaurant has no business taking reservations if it can't manage not to insult its guests with such an excessive delay. One of the worst service experiences I've had in New York.
by Myrle Abshear on in my search for a venue to host a birthday party in seattle, i considered the baltic room, the chapel bar, club heaven and ibiza. after checking out each of the venues, i decided on ibiza. it was perfect! my criteria: a more sophisticated atmosphere than a typical club, a vip area for my friends and i to hang out/lounge, good food, dancing. the vip area is located above the dance floor/bar and allows you to scope out the action below. there is a nice open area to mingle, surrounded by comfortable couches and tables. very swanky and exactly what we wanted! we had our own cocktail waitress, and the service was excellent. they were very accommodating to our large party (40+) and we were pleased with the drinks/food. the dj played a good variety of music and we had a great time dancing. i don't have any complaints about this place. based on this experience, i would definitely host another event here or check it out for dinner.

We saw Gold finger here and when we arrived an hour early the line was around the block, so we figured there was no point in us getting in line at this point and stayed with our plan of getting a drink at the Broadway Bar before the show. The usher told us there would not be a problem finding a seat when they let people in 30 min before the show, and he was right, when we went in, there was plenty of seating still available & every seat seems like a good seat. I was surprised to pay only $1 for chips & $2 for water, normally when you go to the movies that would have cost me like $10. We parked across the street for $10.
