I have heard a lot of great reviews for this place, so I was excited to check it out last weekend. We went for a friend's birthday and accomodated all 25 of us. The service was OK, but took quite a while to get drinks and apps out for us. We had quite a large party, so I can understand a bit of a wait but this was more than a bit. My friend and I split a lot of the small plates, so we could try multiple things. They bring hummus and pita to the table. It was the best of everything we had. I could have eaten that all night. The grape leaves were a close second and I also really enjoyed the lemon potatos. The food is good, but the atmosphere is what will bring me back.

Update: I think Estate has got much better in the recent months. I give'em one more star for the improvements. I wish they had more electronic music then mashups and top 40's though ===Original Review=== I gave 3 stars to Estate for the effort. They have the nicest employees I have ever seen in a nightclub. Never rude, arragont always try to accomadate the client. I will keep going there and supporting them until they get their act together. Current problem is most likely the location and the clientel it brings. Alley and the drunk guys who are looking to get into a fight :-( I hope they keep bringing good djs....

Concerts are held at this place? I guess that would explain the over sized stage. I only come here to shake my kadunkadunk when Base NYC parties are taking place. Was at Hiro this past Friday for Lavish Fridays. Got one of the tables that are slightly elevated to the right of the stage when you first come in. 2 btl min for these babies. $300 Black and $300 Grey Goose. I kept trying to tell myself that I am not really paying $600+ for two btls of liquor. I am paying for the ambiance. :-X The decor is great, bars big enough to not get too over crowded. Music is always great. This is definitely my favorite club for asian parties. NOTE - If you do decide to come to the Base NYC parties that are usually held on Friday Night, get there early. People start getting turned away around 12:30 - 1am. This place gets packed QUICK.
