by Victor Blessing on Went here last Saturday and I had one of the best times I've had in Hollywood in a LONG time. The bouncers are a bit rude and have their nose stuck up in the air but wutevs, we had a table and it wasn't that bad. Place looked familiar bc its the old mood which is great for smokers since you can practically smoke anywhere. The dj couldve been better at the end he was playing some really popular music that got the crowd going but 45 seconds into the song he'd change it. Even though it was raining this place was poppin with beautiful people everywhere.
by Rigoberto Siliado on I used to go there most Thursdays for the 80's night. Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences with bartenders. They made me wait longer. Even after one guy pointed out that I was there before him, the bartender didn't seem to care. And after ordering my drinks, I had to wait 8 minutes. BTW, it wasn't that busy. So the overall wait time to get served was 16 minutes. If you want to enjoy 80's night, you better go to NEW WAVE CITY at the DNA Lounge. It's a bigger venue with friendly bartenders. by Kimberly H. on OK, I'm almost embarrassed to say that I was here. I never really liked this venue while partying, but it was my friends birthday. I don't like: -the size of this club -the choice of music (please get some updated vinyls Mr. DJ) -the small ass bathroom filled with drunk ass chicks -the ugly decor that desperately needs a makeover -"Bar Top" Fridays* because I don't enjoy seeing girls all up on each other on the bar -reserving a lounge booth and have complete strangers think it's okay to put their stuff there -many other things that I probably shouldn't post here Yeah, so that was my venting for that night. I hope my friends don't want to come here again. I just wanted to go out and party like a rock star; it's too bad it was at this place. *Bar Top Fridays are no longer held at this venue as of 9/15/07, not sure where they've moved to.
