The food here is ok, and if you are the kind of person who likes to see and be seen OR you have an expense account, come here. Othere wise, skip it. Over priced scene-ster hell. ps One plus, I think the tourist children LOVE the Koi pond. They adorably gather around it. Its the only thing that was genuine there.

One of the first shows I went to in college (and one of the best!). I saw Tegan and Sara, Minipop, and Communique here. It's a cozy venue; about the size of The Independent and the Fillmore, but I think I just like this place more than those two. Not much seating, but I was up front at the stage when I came here, so it didn't matter much. Street parking is kind of hard to find.

Bland... I remember going to Six Feet Under when it first opened up, that must have been in 2001. It was new, exciting... It was seafood. I had a birthday party there. The company was great, and the food seemed good at the time too. Now I don't know what happened between 2001 and present day, but it sure has changed. It could be my tastes have matured, or the food got worse, but nonetheless, it's a place I won't be going to in the future, at least until some things change. The food there is bland at best. It's a shame since the atmosphere has some great potential. I would consider it as a place to visit if my friends asked me to have some beers/drinks there, but that's where it stops. It's just disappoints my taste buds and stomach far too much. This place does however have a nice patio upstairs which overlooks the Oakland cemetery, which is a nice place to relax with friends... It's such a shame since it's so much closer to my house than Spondivits will ever be.
