Oh you fancy huh Oh you fancy huh Nails done, hair done, everything did Nails done, hair done, everything did Oh you fancy......NOOOOOOOOOOT This ain't Vegas, the Meatpacking District in NY, or Miami. Temple acts like it's too boujie for San Francisco. And look I really think that nobody does it better I love the way you put it together.....ok now I just have Drake's song in my head.

Let me start by sending a message to everyone in Buckhead: this bar is called FADO, not "Fado's." READ THE SIGN, PEOPLE. That being said, I heart Fado. Great service, and the food is actually pretty good.  I'm not a meat-and-potatoes kind of girl, but I usually grab a snack with my drink if they're not too busy.  Pub Quiz Wednesdays are great fun if you have the brains and patience. Sometimes people will bring their kids during restaurant hours which I find to be a little bit inappropriate. It is after all, primarily a bar. It's also a little weird because during the World Cup they'd card me when I walk in but a table of 10-year-olds would be sitting up front enjoying the game. Great happy hour scene, and great place for World Cup matches.  Mostly everyone there seems to know at least SOMETHING about football.  Except when the US plays, then frat boy ratio skyrockets. Regardless, it's my favorite place in Buckhead, and I'm a Buckhead native.

We met up at Strip for a bite and drinks on a Saturday night.  I'll say that I enjoyed sitting at the bar instead of the tables on the other side of the wall.  I had the Volcano sushi combo and loved it.  Sitting at the bar with yapping girlfriends made for a nice evening.  The bartender was attentive to our orders and service was quick.  The calamari was decent. Once we were done, we expected to see a dance floor in the place.  The music makes you want to eat, drink and dance all under one roof.  But, it wasn't meant to be.  The place was fairly busy and I noticed that a few people had lined up for bar seats, though.  The "rooftop" area was a disappointment as I expected a full rooftop with 360 degree views.  Instead, we had a forward and side view of buildings and the theater across the way.   The 'rooftop' is more like an elevated porch. Strip is a great meeting place to get a quick bite, drink and move on to another venue for the evening.  I can see myself going back for the sushi and drinks.
