by jim b. on Stopped in with a coupon, and we were up this way. I don't really understand the one or two star reviews. You pretty much know what you're getting--softserve froyo. The price is about average, the selection is excellent. I had some cappocino, choco, vanilla, york peperming patti. I think the york stood out the most. Definitely recommend it for a hot day. Nice concept. Not super close, but we may get back over here when we're up this way.
by Scott G. on I've had a favorite dish at Chines restaurants since I can remember. It's called Hon Sue Gai. Deep fried white meat chicken in a brown sauce of loveliness. But,it's almost impossible to find. Golden Temple has it and makes it pretty well. It's not the best I've ever had but that may be because few things live up to our childhood memories. That being said I eat here at least twice a month. Try it. You might like it too.

So you pay $25 after waiting in line for an hour. Unless your buddies got a $300 table, of course. Waltz in, get frisked. Pass the girls in short dresses standing on the booths, booty dancing on each other. Pass dudes on 'roids with multiple chains and sticking their lips out, shoulders forward. It's cool bro, move on. You feel old. You're not impressed with the white cubic columns, flowing drapery and vinyl seating. You think,"how am I going to get through this night sober?" And then the bar grants you one minute of super strong Margarita respite, and the DJ trainwrecks some dancehall you haven't wound to since 2002. And you know somehow it'll be all right.
