by Dorian Mannick on I was at your bar last night (Thursday July 2, 2010) and wanted to bring to your attention what an unfriendly bartending staff you have! A few friends and I went to your bar to enjoy our first 'Country Thursday'. The bar was some what steady, but was not ridiculously busy by any means. When my friends and I went up to the bar the grab drinks, a female bartender with long dark hair (I believe her name was Jen because I heard the other bartender say her name) was very rude! She had a very bad attitude when we ordered drinks and I could see her rolling her eyes at my friends and I when we ordered. We only wanted to stop in for a few drinks and her unfriendly attitude was such a turn off. While I understand that no one can be chipper everyday, a fake smile and a little customer service can go a long way. I am also in the restaurant/bar industry so I understand if you are having a bad night, but part of the business is being able to serve customers without making them feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Being a bartender means that you should have good customer service and people skills. The blonde female bartender was personable, but this one bartender in particular really ruined my night. All in all, we had fun, but would have had a more enjoyable experience if the staff was a bit friendlier. Thanks.

by Bermie H. on This club reminds me of why I don't do clubs anymore. Two ladies and two guys on a Saturday night. This was our 2nd spot for the night so we didn't get there until 2:30am. Being on a guest list didn't mean squat. We still had to wait on line for a good 20 minutes. Ladies still had to pay full cover even after 2am?? Get real. We took our money elsewhere. Good luck trying to get in without any ladies in your group. The only entertainment provided was watching two separate incidents outside that almost led to physical altercations.
by Rina Lanz on If you are up late, need Chinese without leaving the house --- there ARE other options... But Hong Kong is something to "settle" for in my opinion. The place isn't really clean, thier phone sucks or something cause it's impossible to hear the person who takes your order, and on top of that! It's too expensive for the quality of food. As for the upstairs at the HK? You will never find me there - I dare not stoop to that level. Plus they have hired two criminals as the doormen who I don't really like, so - off limits anyways... If you are eating at the HK and you may for some reason have to pick something up off the floor, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NO look under the table. You will be met with the largest collection of old colourful chewing gum you could ever imagine. SO GROSS.
