We live in LA. Nothing is free. In fact it is quite opposite. Everything is overpriced. Except the awesome place called Busby's East. If your thing is going out and meeting some new girl then don't come here. If you just want to go somewhere and have a nice relaxing time at a great place then it is worth the drive. Let me get to the good stuff. Here are some basics: Reasonable drinks, full bar, lots of TVs good stuff: Free POOL,PING PONG, DARTS, SHUFFLEBOARD. No lines waiting for any of these items. Well atleast not when I went. I've only been a dozen or so times. Little outdoor smoking area (for the smokers) what more do you want? Get a beer, watch a game while playing some ping pong. ( I love ping pong so I might be biased) check

Ummm.. this place sucks. It is over priced and completelty pretentious. It does not fit the neighborhood at all.. you're better off going downtown. Pass.

Edit: I just added another star--I went to the club recently to see a DJ set from Simian Mobile Disco, and they've made a few renovations. I've decided it's the perfect balance between stuck up and hipster; it has a wonderful range of acts; it is well run, and everyone there is, for the most part, friendly. There's enough here for me to name it the best club in San Francisco. However, I still think of this more as a place to go see a good show than a nightclub. Treat it as such, and I think you won't be disappointed. I have seen a good number of amazing electronic acts pass through there in the past few years, and I've only been disappointed with one or two. There are some nice places to lounge upstairs, and they do a nice job of making a chill ambience with simple lights, switching it up with complex visuals from time to time. My only complaint is that when it's a sold out show, it's small and cramped. Memorable shows: Soulwax, Fatboy Slim, Justice, Simian Mobile Disco, Adam Freeland Not-so-memorable shows: Blaqk Audio, Carl Craig
