A lot of out-of-towners who are very image conscious. Cosmopolitan but in a way that doesn't honor San Francisco's unique culture -- it could be in any major city venue. Global contemporary but generic, instead of being a transformative experience it is transgressive. If you are a yuppie, you might appreciate this spot, but if you consider yourself a creative, dynamic individual, probably not.

I went here with the bf and we got seating pretty fast though we had dinner at 5 pm on a Friday. We got seated next to a huge table of college kids which was quite annoying considering the fact that they were drunk and loud. The food was great and reasonably priced. I love the chips and salsa that they provide. Soooo good. I got the chicken enchiladas. The staff were pretty nice and for 2 people, the tab was about 25 bucks. Not too shabby. There's parking across the street but you're only allowed after a certain hour. It's best to go early if you're planning to get dinner here. It's pretty loud and seating is pretty close to each other.

If you've never ended up at the End Up on an early Sunday morning, what the heck have you been doing? It's a truly requisite San Francisco cultural experience for any club kid - a place where all the ravers, freaks, bridge and tunnelers, gays, trannys, and god knows who else all unite to keep the party going long after the last club has closed it's doors. Sunglasses required. Pick 'em up across the street at the gas station.
