I was actually impressed!!! but of course everything runs smooth when NEW!!!. and boy have things changed since, and must I say (dramatically changed in a very small amount of time) Disappointing wouldn't even describe how i FEEL about this place!!!. But making it really short and simple. HORRIBLE service and RUDE uneducated staff. Yeah beautiful and all. by the way they should have really thought about making a bigger elevator considering the size of their restaurant/club...getting up there is a suffocating experience ....but what good is a beautiful place, with UGLY people in it and I am not talking about appearances, but attitudes. The negative energy strikes you like a bullet ... and over priced drinks, and long wait at the bar (do not make it any better) I don't even understand why they even try to make it an exclusive club, when in reality it takes a big crowd to fill in the place to actually make it fun!!! Not to mention; you really can't make a place exclusive have high expectations from customers when DRAIS doesn't really make the experience worthwhile. DRAIS doesn't really put it down for it's consumers !!! I almost felt guilty walking inside, as I heard a large crowd yelling at the securities and then securities yelling back at them...I almost felt a RIOT coming on...I mean the word "ghetto" DOESN'T even cut it and I am referring to their staff.... Once again, I will use this four words!!!! STEP YOU'RE GAME UP DRAIS!!! you have brought the bad ratings upon yourself!!! SADLY.
by New B. on Best sound system in the city. Best location in the city. They have the best drink specials of any club if you know what to order and when to order it. The two nights that they don't charge a cover are the best deals in town. World Class entertainment, no cover and almost always some type of FREE drink special. Friday happy hour now has Bar Crudo catering, add that to the consistently strong and diverse lineups and its a no-brainer. Hottub, Lillofee, Ferocious Few, Ana Sia, Oh Land, and CLP have all recently played there. Infatution always supplies the most amazing headlners, including the crookers, drop the lime, Jesse Rose, from the indie and electro music scene, two for one cocktails and again, no cover.
by Anitra Lennart on Unfortunately, clicking and dragging the 'one' star further to the left will not make it a 'zero'. BEDS are not enough to erase the taste of unfriendly and borderline stupid front entrance staff. Any club furnished by 1-800-Mattress and plays awful music by DJ "MTV Hits From Five Years Ago" raises red flags. Read the other reviews below; they've hit the nail on the head.
