Weird to fight our way past all the sandwich eaters in the front window to get to the bar. I can't imagine trying to dine here, but it's certainly a fun spot to get a drink, kind of like visiting 1990s Tokyo - or the set of Barbarella. The mojito was all soda water but the cucumber gimlet did its job.

NOTE: This place is no good if you're planning to host a party larger than 8 people. To be perfectly honest, the staff just can't handle it. We had a group of maybe 16-ish for a birthday, and food trickled out at a snail's pace, and for the most part I was unimpressed with what we were served. The vermicelli dish had undercooked noodles, the caramel chicken was super sweet...the only think I liked was the "adobo", which was really more like kakuni (Japanese stewed pork) and the sweet scallions that came with it. We also brought our own cakes; two VERY LARGE red velvet cakes. But one of our dishes didn't come out and we were handed the bill just around 9:30pm. We informed them that according to the set menu (which the b-day boy had on his phone), we had one more dish, but apparently the hostess had simply written the items on a napkin (instead of printing out the email?) for the kitchen and forgot the last item. The final dish came out 15 minutes later and we handled the bill, but then were asked to hustle out by 10pm. When we explained that we wanted to serve our cake, they said we needed to have the item checked in at the door. Had our food come our in a timely manner, we would have had all the cake devoured and the bill settled before 10pm, and you'd think that the people at the door would notice two really large cakes and inform us that we needed to check them in. For $32 a person, slow service and mediocre food isn't worth it for large parties. You're better off coming here in a smaller group. **The DJ for that night before the actually clubbing started was really good, and mega props to the staff for maintaining a polite demeanor.

First time to Buffalo Billiards. I was attending an SEO meetup, we used the upstairs hall. It had a billiard hall feel, and the bar had an OK selection. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Burger, not bad. The AC must have been out up stairs, but the hall was large and had a warm feeling.
