by Yuki N. on My review is for lounge, not the restaurant. I and two girl friends went to Drai's on Sat night. We just walked right in, good start:-) The pool side area was very relaxing, and there were several small seating area to enjoy your cocktail outside of each cabana. The dance area was packed, but you can go to the pool area to cool down and enjoy the view. Bar ; Their cocktail selection was poor, tho. They could make only typical cocktails which was disappointing.. Ratio was girls 7; guys 3. There were so many hot girls, but not enough guys. I guess it's a great place for men to meet hot girls. DJ: don't play top 40 music but dance mix. OK music to dance with. Fun place to come back, but not gonna be a regular place to be at.
by Max Espaillat on We had SUCH a great night! I was in the city visiting my sister and she said this twice a month mashup club/party was a must. I was not disappointed! The music was great, the vibe positive and we danced until we could dance no more! The cover is SUPER reasonable and it seemed like everyone in the room was really happy and excited to be there. The group is very diverse and it was one of the best nights of dancing I've experienced in a really long time. It's fun, it's different and I can only imagine you'll have a really good time if you're open to something new. Arrive early and score a free cd with the month's new mashups...fun!
