by Hannah W. on I had a very pleasant experience at Sloane last week. The VIP table service is excellent. The cocktail waitress poured us the first 2 rounds of drinks. New mixers and glassware were delivered to our table regularly throughout the night, even after we finished our bottle of Grey Goose. Our table was on the 2nd floor loft, right next to the DJ table. Security is posted at the foot of the stairs and only table service guests are allowed up. Yay for special treatment! Bathroom situation exceed usual SF nightlife standards. Enough said. It's a small lounge but it looks like they have big big things planned for the back area. It attracts a diverse crowd. And, I agree with previous reviews that say this place gets packed, which makes the VIP table service on the loft level totally worth it. I can't wait to come back when that expanded dance floor opens. Sloane, let us know!
by Amanda C. on Did I really go here? Well, yes, but it was my other-self (heavily influenced by champagne, margaritas and red wine) who allowed me to enter. Honestly people. You get to a certain age where $20 isn't going to cut it anymore for a club entry fee, let alone going to-a-club. If you think you might be too old to go here, you are. Everyone I recall seeing (through my beer goggles) was about 18 years old and they all knew the latest moves better than Kevin Federline himself.
